Home Assessment:

Each client is unique and has many special needs.  Therefore, before initiating home care services, we will coordinate an individual care plan to accommodate your specific needs.

The initial assessment will include discussion with the client and family members, observation of the client in the home environment and consultation with the physician, other agencies and/or professionals involved with the client as indicated to achieve a full understanding of the client's physical and emotional needs.

Rates:

• Private sitter / $10.50 hr.
• Home health aide / $12.50 hr.
